POLAGRA GASTRO Fair is one of the most important events for producers and distributors of equipment and devices for the HoReCa sector in Poland. Komat once again actively participated in Poznań fair presenting new and innovative solutions for catering. At the stand, you could look at such products as elements of standard kitchen equipment, a serving line, a refrigerated display or speedBAR. Interest was also aroused by the FRESH buffet and masterBAR, which attracted the eye thanks to its unusual cover elements. Visitors could admire the work of SMARTCAP catering station, which was awarded with the 2018 Gold Medal. Also, the Komat stand was received very positively and was awarded the ACANTHUS AUREUS prize. This year's fair was also exceptional due to the company's jubilee. Thanks to this occasion, during the second day of the fair, the company's friends were invited to a special banquet, which was an ideal opportunity to have a calm conversation and tighten the ties. On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the company, the owner received warm congratulations and a commemorative statuette from the hands of the president of Poznań International Fairs, Przemysław Trawa. Komat also organized a conference "Modern methods of air filtration and heat recovery in mobile and ceiling hoods", during which you could learn about innovative methods of air purification, as well as gain knowledge about the possibilities of cost reduction thanks to the latest Komat hoods.
