XVII Culinary Cup of Poland with Komat
On September 27, the Polish Cup of Culinary Cup was decided.
The final lasted two days, and the professional international jury decided on the victory.
On the first day the participants had the task of preparing an appetizer with a quail and a dessert: apple pie with Grójec apples.
On the second day, the contestants prepared a main course using halibut, Parma ham and black rice.
The competition of chefs ended with the victory of Bartosz Peter and Rafał Kudliński, who represented Copernicus Torun Hotel.
Pawel Salamon and Maciej Pisarek were also very good competitors, who won the 2nd place.
On the third place were Paweł Kubera and Kajetan Świokła.
