Cod harvest again with Komat
On June 30th, in the medieval castle in Gniew, the 16th Cod Harvest, the Polish Championship for Sea Fish Dishes, was held for the sixteenth time.
8 great double chef teams competed with each other under the supervision of outstanding food industry juries such as Giancarlo Russo, Kurt Scheller, Aleksandra Sowa, Krzysztof Szulborski and others.
The task of the teams was to prepare the main dish using: Baltic cod, any Chef fondle, 36% Polmlek cream, Kruszwica Butter Essence Oil, and YUZU dessert from Morning food for tomorrow.
In the castle at the time of the championship a great part of the catering industry gathered. Komat could not miss this event either.
Cod Harvest ended up with the success of Radosław Gierałtowski and Mateusz Janusz from Szafarnia 10 Restaurant in Gdansk. The second place was occupied by the chefs from the Restaurant Pasja i Smak from Chorzów, ie Przemysław Gościniak and Łukasz Gościniak. Dorota Gozik and Robert Pakuła from the Monidło Restaurant in Poznań also stood on the podium.
