The tradition in our company is for all the Komat Family members to meet at the turn of the year and summarise what has happened in the passing year and to present plans for the new beginning of the company's life.

During the summing up, Julia Strakowska, a secondary school student, was honoured. She took part in the national business competition organized by the Rzeczpospolita newspaper. Julia's work was based on the history of Komat, and the maturity with which our company was described allowed her to qualify for the final stage of this nationwide competition.

The summary was also an opportunity to say goodbye to the first employee in the company's history who retired in 2016, Mr. Zdzisław Magdziński. After 15 years of work, both his colleagues and the owner himself, all quite moved, were saying goodbye to Zdzisław.

The year 2016 provided the company with growth at all levels of operations, and the plans for the next year are very promising, so we have entered 2017 with enormous enthusiasm and energy for further action.
