On warm Saturday morning on Czarnków Orlik Pitch took place the 5th Football Tournament for the Cup of the President of Komat organized together with the 67th Infantry Regiment Public Junior High School in Romanowo Dolne.

The competition between the teams from five schools ultimately ended with the victory of the team representing the junior high school in Kruszewo.

The boys from Gębice were the runners-up, and third place was won by the team from Romanowo and the fourth and fifth place came in turn to Kuźnica Czarnkowska and Jędrzejewo.

All the players presented a very high level of play, and three of them deserved a special recognition:

• the best goalkeeper - Piotr Rychlewski,
• the best scorer - Norbert Ratajczak,
• the best player - Mikołaj Ostromecki.

Trophies, medals and awards were handed by the owner of Komat Mr. Mieczyslaw Kozlowski, the head teacher of the schools in Romanowo Dolne Mrs. Róża Wesołek and Mrs. Małgorzata Feciuch - a physical education teacher and organizer of the tournament..
